Liberation as a platform to sharpen our spiritual life and illuminate our environment

This was the sermon Preached by Rev. Prophet Sunday. V. O Okpere at the fourth day of the 21days Camp Prayer and fasting today first Sunday of October 2026. Addressing the congregation The Spiritual Leader, has urged believers in Christ to come out from their lukewarm attitude that has weakened the strength of Christians. He tasked all who believes in Jesus Christ to put on the Spirit of Prayer as to consciously enter a state of total surrendered lifestyles, if they want God to take over their battles. Noting that, very many Christians are Spiritually asleep hence they are vulnerable to attacks, while others have turned the house of prayer into a merchandise syndrome which has also opened doors for enemies to mocks Christianity. He supported his assertion with the scriptures he took in 2nd Kings 1:9-15, Matthew 13:24–30, Matthew 17: 14-21. The Prophet, lamented over how Believers in Christ handled FASTING nowadays, and noted that, when believers start fasting they will notice changes which shows that their flesh no longer controls them. The cleric also stated that, fasting also bridle their tongues. During a fast, it becomes clear to them that they don’t gain anything by talking.
