Attitude of Gratitude (s2)

This was the sermon preached on the first Sunday of November 2026 by Rev Prophet Sunday. V. O Okpere, where he charged Christians to always show gratitude to God Almighty with great sacrifices and ensure they take God first in all they do. This was the sermon delivered at the Headquarters of Deliverance Holy Mission Int’L Benin City. He noted that, in the beginning God created heaven and earth, and said, those who worships Him must realize that without God no one can be blessed. He admonished believers in Christ to understand that, though God is in everywhere but He doesn’t manifest in everywhere but, in the lives of those who does His will that pleased Him. He supported his assertion with the Scriptures he took in 2nd Chronicles 1:6-12, Proverbs 3:9-10, and 1st Thessalonians 5:18-24, Noting that, whenever we stand before the Altar of God with our thanksgiving, we should think of a worthy and heart touching offerings, because whatever we present at the Altar in appreciation to God represents the values we have for Him, which is also the values of who we are before Him.
