This was the sermon preached on Sunday by Rev Prophet Dr Sunday V. O Okpere JP at the third Covenant Sunday Prayer declarations heard at the Headquarters of Deliverance Holy Mission Int’L Benin City. He urged believes in Jesus Christ to enter into Covenant with God to enjoys the benefit of their relationship with God. He noted that many who goes to church still behaved differently because they are not in Christ .while some are seasonal Christians who belong to many Churches with many Pastors but has neither Church nor a Pastor. He said, believers in Christ need to know that God delights in rescuing anyone who trusts and serve Him with sincerity of heart.

The Spiritual Leader stated that, many who goes to church become discouraged or depressed when all human efforts to salvage the situation fail, because they’re yet to discovered who they’re and what is God’s assignment in their generation, hence they are floating, busy and not efficient. He admonished such worshipers to take the first step in the School of success which is discovering who they are and what they can do to achieve what their destiny hold for them, in their God given assignments. The Prophet said, if they are able to find out who they are, everything will find them. He supported his assertions with the Scripture he took in Genesis 12:1–4, Psalm119:130 Proverbs 19:21-23, Jeremiah 1:5, He encouraged the congregation to separate themselves from the sin that will prevents prayer from being answered, and noted that the only safe place is to lay all sins at the cross of Christ through prayers of Forgiveness.
