Beware of Destiny Destroyers (Season 1)
This was the message preached on Sunday by Rev Prophet Dr S. V. O Okpere (JP) at Deliverance Holy Mission Int’L Inc headquarters Benin City. Addressing the congregation at the last Sunday of May 2024, Tasked Edo State citizens especially Believers in Christ to beware of Destiny destroyers who may approach them with coated tongues asking for favor from them as the electorates to support and vote for them. He admonished them to always understand the mission of the enemies of good governance and weigh them from top to bottom, and distinguish themselves from those whose mission is based on self centeredness, the Prophet said, given them opportunities will robbed the upcoming generations of their Nation.
Prophet Sunday Okpere who Supported his assertion with the scripture he took in Genesis 25:19–34, 1st Corinthians 6:12–14 and Philippians 3:14–21, said, they must not be brought under the Power of anything in this season and stressed further that, whatever you collect from them as gratification is temporary, that may send the entire citizens into permanent destruction in future. The cleric noted that some people are so mindful about food, on like the Biblical Esau who so controlled by food that, he sold his birthright for a plate of porridge. While Jacob on the other hand, was willing to stay without the porridge he had cooked in other to get something valuable for the fulfillment of his destiny.
