The Power of Passover Sacrifice (Season 2)
This was the message Preached by Rev. Prophet Dr S. V. O Okpere (JP) at Deliverance Holy Mission Int’l Inc. headquarters Benin City. Addressing the congregation during the 2024 Festival of passover Sacrifice to mark the end of the mission’s 30days Concealments camp prayers and fasting on Saturday, He noted that, Passover Sacrifices which now becomes Ordinances from generations to generations was instituted by God Almighty as His planed weapons for redemption for those who take sins as a way of lives. by the observation of the Ordinance, Mankind will regain their lost glory and reigns forever. The Prophet noted, that Abraham, Isaac and Jacob observed their Passover Sacrifices in their generations hence their reigns has no end. The guest Speaker, Apostle Dr. F. S Ewelinku said, by Passover Sacrifices Moses was able to overturned the battles of Pharaoh in Egypt and redeemed the Israelites from everlasting Slavery.
Prophet Sunday Okpere who supported his assertion with the scripture he took in Exodus 12:1–13, 22–24, Psalm 114:1–8, Matthew 26:18, and 1st Corinthians 5:7, Noted that God Himself through His expression of love made His only begotten son, Our Lord Jesus Christ as our Passover sacrificed to redeemed the World from their sins. He said, Our Lord Jesus Christ also observed the Passover to retained His glory above all humans battling in sins. He said, if not Jesus Christ’s observation of Passover before His crucifixion there would have been no ressurration from dead, the World is celebrating till date. hence Passover is done with passions and expressions of love to all without sentiments.
Highlight of the service includes: presentation of sacrificial Lambs by the congregation led by the Spiritual Leader and family, Prayers was performed by invited clerics who came to grace the program. Palliatives was distributed to the congregation and all the invited guests. with refreshments.
