The Blessings and the Blesser

This was the message Preached on Sunday by Rev. Prophet Dr. S. V. O Okpere (JP) at Deliverance Holy Mission Int’L Inc headquarters Benin City. He enjoined believers in Christ to be more committed in their services to the Blesser rather than their blessings. Noting that millions of self-Professing Christians around the World today are prioritizing God’s blessings over the one who blessed them in the first place, which gave birth to the proliferation of Christianity with many without the knowledge of Christ Jesus.

The Prophet said, when you begin to choose your job over God, you are prioritizing the blessings over the Blesser. Prophet Sunday Okpere who supported his assertion with the scripture he took in Deuteronomy 8:11–20, Jeremiah 23:1–8, Luke 12:15, and John 4:27–34. Lamented on the ignorance of those who are prioritizing their blessings over the Blesser without knowing that the Blesser can withdraw their blessings at anytime. He noted that God wants Pastors and anyone He has put in charge of others to be focused and take proper care of the ministry and feed the congregation with the messages of edifications.
