This was the sermon Preached on Sunday by Rev Prophet Dr S. V. O Okpere (JP) at Deliverance holy mission Int’L Headquarters Benin City. Addressing the congregation in preparation for the mission’s 21days Liberation camp Prayer and fasting whose Theme is PREPARING FOR GOD’S VISITATION, Tasked Believers in Christ irrespective of denominations to shun Parochial services with dramatic fellowship in the Altar of God in the Name of worshipping God Almighty, but to come to God with sincerity of hearts to seek Him with expectations. Noting that, the Nation is sitting on the keg of gun powder waiting to explode.
Prophet Sunday Okpere supported his assertion with the Scripture he took in Jeremiah 4:1–4, 35:15, Joel 2:12–17, Acts 2:1–13 Enjoined Believers in Christ to see themselves the way God sees us and open our hearts for God to turn the captives of our Nation around and bless us. He noted that, the strength of those who beliefs in God is in their Prayer lives, and said, Satan is no more hidden hence they are doing many things to silence the Church. He admonished the Christian Leaders to be steadfast in wherever they are called to Function in the Lord’s Vineyards.
