Submit to God

This was the sermon preached on Sunday by Rev. Prophet Dr S. V. O Okpere JP during the third Sunday of Parents Praying and Anointing of their Children at the Headquarters of deliverance Holy Mission Int’L Benin City. Where he enjoined Nigerians irrespective Religion, tribes, or Political affiliation to submit to God Almighty in all ramifications. He noted that, every struggle, or suffering and lack is never in the living of those who belong to God Almighty and submitted to Him in everything.

The Prophet said, Prosperity is not for a set of people but for those who serve Him in Obedience. He stressed further, that submission is different from cooperation. He buttressed his assertion with the Scripture he took in Deuteronomy 28:1-14, Luke 5:1-11, 1st Peter 2:9, He admonished believers in Christ to practice what they preach and be different from the ungodly people from the society and show the praises of the Light of Christ in your lives as to be able to influence others into what they believed and Preach. He said a better nation is Possible if Nigerians practices godliness with contentment and realizes that we brought nothing into this World and no one can carry anything out of this World.
