This was the message Preached on Sunday by Rev. Prophet Dr. S. V. O Okpere (JP) at Deliverance Holy Mission Int’L Inc Headquarters Benin City. He urged Believers in Christ Jesus, to emulate the virtues of our Lord Jesus Christ who lived to pleased God Almighty to the benefits of mankind without sentiments but promoted brotherly kindness and impacted neighborhoods and communities. Noting that Christian’s mission on Earth is to heal the wounds and cares for the afflicted and brings them inn. Prophet Sunday Okpere who supported his assertion with the scripture he took in Deuteronomy 6:4–12, Mark 12:28–34, and Luke 10:25–37 Said, Christians are called for the sake of those who are considered as unclean, especially those they feel are outside God’s Covenant and bring them inn with show of compassion for those who would have considered to be enemies. And said, the Church is not a place of judgement by the worshippers, but a place for God who created all mankind to judge His People.
Highlights of the service includes: Prophetic declarations for peace and improves economy in Our Nation especially in Edo state especially as the campaigns for the tussle on who becomes the next governor of Edo state is ongoing. Meanwhile: The 2024 Founder’s week of Deliverance Holy Mission, that will herald the 67th birthday of Rev. Prophet Dr. S. V. O Okpere (JP) is scheduled to begin on Monday 13th May with early morning service beginning by 6am, the program will continue daily with two sessions of activities daily. The Birthday party will come up on Saturday 19th May beginning from 10am. Lovers of God’s truth and righteousness are all invited. Special thanksgiving by the Children of late Regina OBEHI Orediale for the successful burial of their late mother ceremony on Saturday with Prayers for the congregation brings the service to a closed.
