Create a right perception each day (season 1)
NIGERIANS IRRESPECTIVE OF POLITICAL AFFILIATIONS, RELIGION OR TRIBAL SENTIMENTS, has been told to create a right Perception each day and believe in their Country. The call was made on Sunday by Rev Prophet Dr S. V. O Okpere (JP) at Deliverance holy mission headquarters Benin city. Where he delivered his sermon with the Theme: CREATE A RIGHT PERCEPTION EACH DAY (Season 1). He noted that, the greatest tragedy that can happen to someone is not death but, when he or she goes about with wrong perceptions about their expectations. He profiled, the Biblical Reuben and Jacob his father. And noted that Reuben that means born to excel because of the good perception the father Jacob has for his first born son, could not excel because he has negative perceptions against his father as he defiled his father Jacob’s bed, which cost Reuben his position and his blessings.
Prophet Sunday Okpere supported his assertion with the scripture he took in Genesis 49:1–4, 1st Chronicles 5:1–3, Mark 4:35–41, and James 1:6–9. Said, our nation is like a sinking Ship today due to the People with wrong perceptions occupying important seats where decision are made. Many of which the prophet said, never mean well for our hard earned Nation, if they do, why are their Children never be at the campaign ground or many of them never attended government schools, or being kidnapped. He admonished believers in Christ to mobilize their congregations to ensure they vote out hardship, and remarked, it’s only when the righteous are in authority that the people rejoice and when the wicked are in authority the people mourn.
