COME: Let Us Cry Unto The Lord in Prayers (season 2)
This was the message Preached on Sunday by Rev Prophet Dr. S. V. O Okpere (JP) at Deliverance Holy Mission Int’L Inc Headquarters. Benin City. Addressing the congregation at the 10th day of the mission’s 30days of Concealment Camp Prayer and fasting, enjoined believers in Christ to come out of lukewarm attitudes of services to God and take to Spiritual warfare which is the great Commission of the One Hundred and twenty (120) Apostles received during the Baptism of the Holy Spirit at the Upper room known as the Pentecost night. He noted that the problems of the So-called Pentecostal Pastors of today is that, very many of them are unable to wait upon the LORD, because of the quest for materialism, hence many are in a hurry to make millions and get big houses big titles, with big cars and get Police ex courts. Which opens doors for Worldly Culture to takeover many Churches of today.
Prophet Sunday Okpere who supported his assertion with the scripture he took in Psalms 40:1–4, Acts 2:1–13, and Acts 12:1–11, noted that, until Believers in Christ Submit themselves fully to the mission Our Lord Jesus Christ has groomed His disciples during His early ministry, the Body of Christ will not triumph over the adversities that is at war between the Church and the World.
Highlights of the service includes: prophetic declarations for peace and reconciliations in Our Nation especially in Edo State as the drums of who becomes the next governor of State beats everywhere. Meanwhile, the 2024 festival of Passover (Matthew 26:18) to climax the 30days of concealment camp Prayer and fasting comes up on Saturday 30th March beginning from 10am.
