Attitude of Gratitude (season 1)
This was the sermon Preached on Sunday by Rev Prophet Dr S. V. O Okpere JP at Deliverance Holy Mission Int’L Headquarters Benin City. He enjoined believers in Christ to cultivate the attitude for gratitude to God, especially for the gift of lives we are enjoying from God Almighty, also for those who has assisted us in our lives. He noted, that, when you cultivate the heart of gratitude, you invites the presence of God into all areas of your life, in other words, he said, the secret of greatness is in your willingness to show gratitude to God and to humanity without seasons. He Supported his assertion with the scripture he took in Psalms 138:8, Proverbs 3:9 & 10, Luke 6:38, 2nd Thessalonians 2:13-17, He admonished the congregation to let their gratitudes to God becomes their daily songs. Noting that, reasons why we must give thanks to God is for Him to perfect our blessings, and said, ingratitude is a seed of frustration, because when you give God thanks, He perfects that, which you give Him thanks for.
