A call to all Creations to Praise God (Season 1)

This was the sermon preached on Sunday by Rev. Prophet Dr S. V. O Okpere JP at the Headquarters of Deliverance Holy Mission Int’L Benin City. Addressing the congregation at the sixth Sunday Covenant Prayer, he enjoined Believers and nonbelievers in Christ to cultivate the attitudes of praises to God no matter the circumstances and let their conversations be without covetousness. Noting that , Praises to God Almighty should be done with the heart of gratitude, he said if we consider our life experiences that are negative, many people may find it difficult to Praise Him, but, the Scripture made us to understand that praises to God is the formula that can move God into actions and deliver all who looked beyond the challenges and praise Him.

He buttressed his assertion with the Scripture he took in 2nd Kings 3:15–25, Psalm 148:1–14, and 1st Thessalonians 5:12-23, urged all Religions to ignore anxiety and worries of this world but to let praise to God becomes their daily language. This he said, it’s a good thing to praise the LORD. And admonished believers in Christ to separate themselves from negative thoughts rather devotes themselves to create time for praises to The LORD from the bottom of their heart all the days of their lives.

Highlights of the service includes: prophetic declarations for the will of God to manifest in Edo state no matter the Political turmoil that’s heating up in the state. Sixth Sunday Covenant prayer declarations led by one of the officiating ministers. Meanwhile the mission’s 2025 Praise night with the Theme: A CALL FOR ALL CREATION TO PRAISE GOD (Psalm 148:13), come up on Friday 21st February 2025 by 9pm, it’s a nondenominational gathering, lovers of God’s truth and righteousness are invited. Unveiling of the program, prayers for the congregation with Choir special renditions brings the service to a closed.
